SOME OF OUR

Testimonials

"Century Towers is the most convenient place to live if you are a student at KCU, bar none. It is affordable, the units are a good size, the staff is caring and awesome, and the location can't be beat for KCU students. While the building is old and it isn't the Ritz Carlton, they are constantly renovating and improving the building, and any issues that have arisen with my unit (regardless of the nature of the issue) were always handled as soon as I brought them to the attention of the front office/maintenance. It's also nice being able to wake up 15 minutes before an exam and still be on time. "

"I am a first year student at KCU and love how convenient the location is, seeing that it is right across the street from the school. In addition, pricing is all inclusive and very fair, especially for a student's budget. They also do a great job in terms of fixing any maintenance issues. The building is a bit older and appears outdated from outside, but they have remodeled most of the interior to give it a more modern look. Management does a fantastic job at making residents feel comfortable and welcome, and they do make an effort to create a warm and safe atmosphere. Overall enjoyed my experience here thus far and plan on re-signing my lease for next year!"

"I moved to Kansas City last year to attend school. Not knowing the city and based on a recommendation from someone I leased at an apartment in Briarcliff. Everything looked great online but was a different story when I moved in. All my friends lived at CT so I studied there and was able to hang out where everyone was. After a few months I put myself on the waitlist for the next year. I just moved in and so happy to be out of where I was. I am even still paying June rent there but it was worth moving to a place that cares about me as a resident and a student. All I can say is that CT is the best fit for me to continue my education."
